Welcome Blue Zone Enthusiasts! At this first meeting your host, David Z, will share with you his vision for us Cocreating our community, facilitate dialogue where each will share his/her/their ideas, and introduce his personal strategy and philosophy on longevity.

We will watch videos and learn about older generation Okinawan diet, lifestyle, and cultural practices which may provide insight for our own longevity strategies. We will create together a delicious healthy japanese style meal including a tofu vegetable stir fry, and miso soup.

David's partner Kelly, an LCSW, breathwork practitioner, trauma healing specialist, Louise Hay certified Heal-Your-Life instructor, and somatic therapist, will share her expertise on health and longevity.

David, an Okinawan style martial artist, and Certified Holistic Nutrition Educator, will lead light, gentle, Okinawan stretching and movement exercises. Space Very Limited. 20 attendees max. 1st meeting Sliding Scale Requested donation $15-$29.
