Vinyasa Flow is an invigorating, breath-driven practice that ignites vitality while cultivating deep presence. This active meditation guides you through purposeful sequences designed to center the mind, strengthen the body, and cultivate deep presence. Each breath becomes an anchor, each movement a release, leaving you grounded, clear, and fully restored. All levels welcome, taught at a 1.5 pace.
