Sunrise Yoga in the Park

Wake up with the sun every 1st Monday of the month at the beautiful Montclair Park in San Diego, CA. I will guide you through a gentle vinyasa flow, designed to awaken our solar plexus chakra and ignite our inner warrior. We will flow with awakening the sun to spark transformation and purpose. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend - see you all there starting April 1st at 6:30AM!
