Flow with the sun every last Wednesday of the month at the beautiful Montclair Park in San Diego, CA. An exciting opportunity to be guided through a mindful & supportive Vinyasa Flow designed to spark courage, vitality and inner power. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend - see you all there starting March 27th at 6:15PM!
