Thanks to Mike Hess Brewing for their liquid support!
Start 2026 off right with the trail gods by donating your time for trail work!!!
We will be fixing clogged drainages and cutting the overgrown brush from the northern section of BLT as it winds its way toward Upper Noble Canyon Trail. It is known as Filaree Flat Spur Trail #5 or also BMX. Be prepared to move heavy rocks and large logs.
PLEASE BRING YOUR MOUNTAIN BIKE AS WE WILL RIDE A SHORT DISTANCE (approx 15-20 minutes) TO THE WORK SITE.
Meet at Penny Pines at 8 am on Saturday November 2. Look for Brian Suzuki who will be driving a gray Toyota Tacoma with SDMBA trail work signs leaning against the truck.
All tools & training will be provided (after signing a waiver). We’ll work to 12pm; afterward we’ll hand out some swag from Cal Coast Bicycles and drink Mike Hess Brewing adult beverages
Please bring your own snacks & water, eye protection is required, gloves, long sleeves & pants are highly recommended. Plan accordingly for flies. Children not advised for this event.
