SDMBA Daley Ranch Trail Work Crest Single Track

Come show your love for the trails and join the Daley Ranch Trail Crew for some trail work at Daley Ranch. No experience needed, we'll coach and help you learn.

Daley Ranch's "Crest" single track is 1.2 miles of fun that needs some love.

We have tread, drainage features and erosion damage to repair. This will require a dirt work, a bit of rock work and shaping of the trail tread. So basically a whole bunch of rewarding fun!

Meeting location is inside Dixon Lake at the first parking lot adjacent to the restrooms (see map). Free parking for all trail work volunteers is included please tell the booth attendant that your are with SDMBA for free parking.

We will meet promptly at 8:00am then carpool to the Crest trail inside Daley Ranch. Carpool will return to the Lake Dixon parking lot by 12:30pm.

Inclement weather or unsafe conditions will cancel this event. Updates will be posted in comment thread on this page.

Long pants, long sleeves
Work Gloves
Eye protection
Great attitude
Anything else you need for a safe and comfortable day.

OTHER GUIDELINES:
- If you have a favorite tool, bring it.
- Minors must have a parent/guardian signed waivers
- All participants will be asked to sign a SDMBA and City of Escondido waiver.
