Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve has suffered two devastating fires in a remarkably short period of time. Now, the work of recovery begins.
Join SDMBA trail crews and volunteers from across the community as we help repair fire-damaged trails and support the reopening and recovery of the canyon.
No trail work experience is required. We’ll provide the tools, training, and crew leadership. The work will be dusty and physical, but every hour helps get one of San Diego’s most beloved open spaces back on its feet.
