Are you feeling busy, overworked, or simply want a refresher for your energy? Then come hang out with us! I am co-hosting this event with the amazing Marc Thomas, founder of Crystal Balanced and Marc Thomas music. We will weave together nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, live acoustic music, Qi Gong, a gentle yoga flow, and chakra crystal balancing.

Marc and I have complimentary skill sets that bring high vibe magic to the forefront. We are also a lot of fun, and deeply rooted in our work.
