George Hill Day & “Under Grace” CD Release Celebration
San Diego, CA — The San Diego Young Artists Music Academy (SDYAMA) invites you to a heartfelt evening celebrating legacy, faith, and the power of music. Join us on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM at The Legacy Center in Mission Valley for George Hill Day & the “Under Grace” CD Release Celebration.
This special event honors the life and impact of George and Robbie Hill, whose dedication to nurturing young and adult musicians has inspired generations throughout San Diego. What began as their dream to create a safe space for youth to grow through music has become a thriving community tradition of mentorship and artistry.
The evening will feature inspiring live performances by Arnessa Jones, Keith Smith, Julius & Willie Smith, the SDYAMA MADA Reunion Choir & Band, A Step Beyond Dancers, and Shardie Flenoid & Robert Baker—the creative duo behind Under Grace. Expect an uplifting blend of gospel, soul, and worship that pays tribute to the Hills’ enduring love for people and music.
More than a concert, this is a celebration of purpose — a chance to give thanks, reflect, and continue a legacy of empowerment through the arts.
