We are delighted to return to Switzer Canyon, the place where our very first nature bathing walk began—a full-circle moment that fills us with gratitude and wonder.

Step into the new year with us, slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with the wisdom of your senses. Together, we’ll practice presence, stillness, and silence—not as rules, but as medicine—allowing the land to guide us in its quiet way.

We’ll begin with a simple land offering and breathing practice to center ourselves and honor the place we walk. From there, we’ll move slowly along the canyon paths, pausing to notice the sights, sounds, textures, and scents around us.

Midway through, we’ll pause to sit, reflect, and connect with the land, with ourselves, and, if you feel moved, to share your observations or feelings in a supportive, spacious circle.

On the return, there will be time for gentle conversation and connection with fellow walkers.

Whether this is your first nature bathing experience or you’ve joined us before, we invite you to step fully into the present, release tension, and be nourished by the land and your own senses.

We look forward to walking with you!
