There is a quieter rhythm waiting for us
just beyond the noise of our days.

On our nature bathing walk, we’ll move slowly—
breathing with the land, listening with our whole bodies,
and allowing the senses to guide us home.

Tucked away in Bonita, Sweetwater’s gently changing landscape continues to tell its story of adaptation, resilience, and coexistence.

We’ll begin by grounding together in gratitude,
then walk in gentle silence, noticing what usually goes unseen:
the texture of bark beneath our fingers,
the chorus of birdsong,
the steady wisdom of the earth beneath our feet.

Midway through, we’ll pause to sit and rest—
spending time in quiet connection with the land and ourselves.
There will be space for reflection and, if you feel called,
an opportunity to share what’s been stirred
in a supportive, spacious circle.

As we make our way back, we’ll gently reopen conversation—
with the land, with ourselves, and with one another—
carrying what we’ve noticed into motion.

This is not about going far or doing more.
It’s about arriving—
in our bodies,
in this moment,
in relationship with the living world around us.

If you’re longing for restoration, connection, and a softer way of being,
you’re warmly invited to join us.

Come as you are. The land will meet you there. 🌿
