Join nature guide Jonathan Snapp‑Cook for a quiet, meditative afternoon in San Dieguito County Park. We’ll take a slow, meandering walk through the coastal sage scrub, giving ourselves time to notice small and quiet things — moss, lichens, maybe even a mushroom or two after the recent rains.

This gathering is for anyone who values calm time outdoors and wants to connect with others who feel the same.

Please RSVP and Bring: A towel or chair to sit on, water, jacket, sunscreen, and a journal.

The walk will be gentle and at a slow pace, but there are some steep uphill and downhill and uneven parts of the trail. *If you are interested in a nature bathing experience that does not include a walk please provide Jonathan a note with your interest.

Please send any questions to Jonathan.

More info:
Nature bathing is being immersed in nature with an open, curious attitude. We will smell the earth, feel our feet on the ground, and get in touch with the natural world. When we slow down like this, something special often shows up. Not dramatic, just a small moment you’re glad you were there for.
