Autumn Equinox Equilibrium Ritual

Fall Equinox AKA Mabon is the time on The Wheel of the Year when days and nights are of equal length, the same as Spring Equinox. At this ritual we will calibrate our minds, energy bodies and other aspects of our human nature to equalize and balance ourselves. Practices will include Energy Medicine, Ceremonial Magick, Chakra Balancing, Yin Yang breath work, Ambidextrous Drawing and Brain Flow Synergy.
Priestess Dev begins the ritual by cleansing, grounding and preparing each participant, then casts the circle and calls in the directions.
For ritual, we move into practices that equalize and balance ourselves.
To conclude, we raise energy with rhythm and song, then close circle with cakes and ale- a vegan gluten free treat and mead or a non-alcohol beverage (provided)

7:00-7:30- Arrive, connect with the community
7:30-9:30- Ritual
9:30-10:00- Socialize, clean up. Many hands make light work
No late arrival to ritual. Please arrive by 7:30
