This is one of those events that goes on all day and you can come and go as you please AND it's very camera friendly.
Parking can be VERY tough so it's suggested you make use of the shuttle buses, bike in or go early and plan for a long day.
If you want to meet up with other group members, start your own thread in the message area of the event page on what time you'd like to meet and where. The northeast corner of Sunset Cliffs Blvd. & Newport Ave. might make a good starting point, since there will be less people standing there (it's on the opposite corner - across the street from the event).
I'm not sure what time I'll be going there but there's always fabulous music, lots of food vendors and all sorts of booths selling stuff.
Wear comfortable shoes, bring sunscreen and a hat and spare change for the panhandlers (just kidding).
