Purpose - Educate the San Diego community about buying, selling, investing in and understanding the real estate market and real estate transactions by teaching and empowering attendees with information that will ensure they make their best real estate decisions.
Who Should Attend - Anyone considering buying or selling real estate, or anyone wanting to learn more about the real estate market. This event is not for industry members working in the real estate market, but rather, it is for those considering buying or selling their own property, either a home or an investment property.
What You Receive - Every session is free, educational, and will be led by a licensed Realtor with a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and an MBA with a focus in finance and real estate from UCLA. Our presenter, Patrick Kappel, has been active in the San Diego real estate market for over a decade and he will teach you, from an educational perspective, how to buy, sell, and invest in real estate the way the experts do. Additionally, the presentation will heavily focus on the real estate market today, and the direction that our market is going so that you can make the right decisions for tomorrow.
