Sail British Virgin Islands 2017

Details
I have chartered a 2016 Beneteau Oceanis 45 from January 18, 2017 to February 1, 2017 for either a one or two week sailing adventure. Each week begins with meeting on the boat at the marina on Wednesday, begin sailing to a different island each day on Thursday morning, returning to the marina the following Wednesday morning. Take part in sailing the boat, learn how to sail with informal instruction from an American Sailing Association Certified Instructor with 37 years’ experience (no certification given), or just sit back and relax.
This vacation is more than just the fabulous sailing inside the Sir Francis Drake Channel and the more robust sailing outside the channel. We pick up a mooring ball or anchor each day early to mid-afternoon and spend the rest of the day snorkeling, swimming, walking the beach, lying in the sun on the beach or on the boat, hiking the islands, and relaxing with your favorite beverage. Of course there are a lot of conversations and making new friends. Enjoying the beauty of a different island each day is so much better than a beach side motel.
The cost is $950/person/week, not including food or transportation to or from the marina. All boat expenses are included. Food for the week is approximately $100/person/week, which includes all breakfasts and lunches and one dinner eaten aboard. All other dinners are eaten at island restaurants. The number of dinners eaten aboard can be increased depending upon the crew’s desire.
This will be my 11th year sailing in the British Virgin Islands. I keep going back because of the unparalleled beauty and the options of many other activities. It truly is a vacation to remember.
