Are you looking for deeper connections with others that go beyond superficial “how are you’s?” Do you want to grow in your ability to listen and hold space for others? Join me for a unique authentic relating experience.

Included will be empathy practice, group sharing, 1 on 1 conversations and hugs! Conversations will be focused on sharing about our common struggles and victories. This event is free but donations are accepted.

**Location:** Meet at the sign for Trees for Health Garden, we will sit nearby on the grass. Please bring a blanket.

**Directions**

Enter the Northwest corner of Balboa Park at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Upas Street. (Upas becomes Balboa Drive when it enters the park.)

Follow this one way road South into the park approximately 0.25 miles. Pass the blue sign for Camp Fire San Diego (on the left) and then look for our wooden Trees for Health Information Kiosk, just before the Quince Drive intersection. Follow the trails through the Trees for Health along the sidewalk.

If heading North on 163, there is a Quince Drive exit that enters Balboa Park at the South end of the Trees for Health garden.

Street parking is available on Balboa Drive, Sixth Avenue, and throughout the park. Watch for special event parking signs to avoid towing.
