Women's 20's/30's Alcohol-Free Shabbat Dinner

## What to Expect

An alcohol-free celebration of the badass Jewish women in our San Diego community.
Our evening will start with alcohol-free rose, NA beer or other soft drinks. We will socialize for a bit, then will have beginner-friendly candlelighting, handwashing and blessings (hamotzi) over grape juice and challah-all of which are optional and you do *not* have to participate in.
Dinner is catered by Mama Lin's Asian Kitchen (https://www.mamalinskitchen.com/). If you need vegetarian, vegan, or kosher food, please let me know. Our home is not kosher but I know how to cater to those that do observe kosher dietary laws.
Seating is casual, on my couch and in chairs in the family room. Dress code is come as you are. I'd encourage you to consider turning off your phone or other electronic distractions for the duration of dinner, just to embrace the spirit of unplugging and unwinding that is Shabbat.
