Mission Bay / Rose Creek / UTC (advanced +)

A nice scenic skate along Mission Bay and the Rose Creek Trail, and then up to UTC. Advanced inline skaters and up only. The pace will be brisk.

The newer section along Rose Creek is great. Mainly flat with smooth asphalt. It's away from vehicle traffic too. A few gradual hills, but nothing major. There's plenty of safe rollout when descending. There will be additional hill climbs up to UTC. Some are long and gradual with moderate, to steep descents. Knowing how to descend in a safe manner is required. The Mission bay section has good concrete and is mostly flat.
