Friday Night Skate (Camp SkateIA edition)

Join us for a scenic skate along the harbor to downtown. This route is mainly flat with the exception of two bridges. The surface is mainly concrete, but there will be some changes such as asphalt, exposed aggregate concrete, marble, brick (not too rough). It will be shorter in distance than our regular Friday night skate. Experienced intermediates and up only. The pace will be moderate.

We will have numerous guests from out of town joining us from Camp SkateIA. Lights are recommended, but not mandatory. Knowing how to descend, slow and stop in a controlled manner is advised. Restrooms are available at the meeting location and along the route. Adults only.
