This group is intentionally built for wellness professionals and like-minded entrepreneurs of San Diego and the surrounding areas to build community and foster spiritual growth.
Our intention is to bring light and happiness, empower growth, help you tap into your intuition, harness your personal power, heal through powerful energy work and the many endless wellness modalities we can offer each other, and of course: tap into universal truth + divine wisdom.
This group is for passionate, driven locals dedicated to their health and helping others grow in health, our community and in peace together.
We are interested in partnering with you to market your services and educate your ideal clients all about your wellness modalities, expertise and your true divine calling. Or we can discover that together. :)
Through this group you will hear about outdoor yoga classes, wellness workshops, reiki circles and wellness retreats. We will educate about everything health, CBD, yoga, spirituality, personal development related and more.
Let’s raise the universal collective consciousness of San Diego to heal, learn, grow, and help each other prosper together.

Reclaiming Your Sovereignty: A Cacao Ceremony & Intention Circle
Lavande, 5544 La Jolla Blvd, La Jolla, CA, USJoin us for a heart-centered afternoon of grounding, connection, and clarity. This ceremonial workshop is designed to help you return to yourself—to the version of you who trusts deeply, feels safe in her own presence, and knows how to meet her needs from a place of self-love and power.
We’ll begin with a sacred cacao circle, using organic ceremonial cacao to open the heart. Through guided journaling, breathwork, light movement, and water or tea-based manifestation rituals, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and create space for aligned intentions in the year ahead. Journals will be provided. Bring an open heart and a willingness to be seen.

Rooted & Radiant: Mommy & Me Yoga + Mindful Connection Tools
Lavande, 5544 La Jolla Blvd, La Jolla, CA, USThis special Mommy & Me workshop is a playful and restorative afternoon for moms and their little ones (ages 2–6). Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement, you’ll explore fun and engaging ways to help your child build emotional and physical regulation—while creating meaningful moments of connection.
We’ll introduce simple tools you can take home to support calming bedtime routines, help your child get excited about learning breathwork and how to meditate, and encourage them to practice these tools with joy and curiosity.
Whether you’re new to yoga or already practicing, this class is about connection over perfection—and creating space for peace and presence, together.
Please bring your own mat. Wear comfy clothes and bring water. All levels welcome.
