Please arrive by 6:45 pm to ensure comfortable seating and not to disturb others.

Cost is $15 per person.
Children 12 years old and younger are FREE.
No reservations required. Pay at the door via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Attendees are welcome to bring yoga mats, pillows, and blankets, but there are always chairs available as well. If you prefer sitting, travel neck pillows help make relaxation easier.

Autumn is a time of balance and transformation and the equinox offers us an opportunity to reflect on all we have and all we have accomplished. This is a great time to acknowledge our growth and expansion.

Organized & facilitated by Certified Sound Healing Therapist Melissa Nolan, L.Ac. Each Sound Healing, Melissa will have Assistants and Guest Sound Healers accompanying her.
