San Diego/La Jolla-UTC Sunday Co-ed Softball Meetup

Who We Are
We are a long established group who share a love and passion for slow pitch softball. We meet every Sunday, 11:00 in the San Diego/La Jolla-UTC area. (field locations are seasonal, see details below)

What We're About
If you enjoy socializing, meeting new people, and playing slow-pitch softball in a casually competitive atmosphere, then this is the meetup for you. The only requirement we have is that you bring your best attitude with you to the game. All skill levels are welcome.

All equipment is provided and loaner gloves are available if needed.
We do however rely on our members to help offset the cost of softballs.
Plastic and rubber cleats are fine. No metal cleats please.

Donations are always welcome and will go towards equipment, new softballs, etc. (Dan Chusid is handling this and you can message him)

We're meeting at:
Mandell-Weiss/Eastgate City Park - 4161 Eastgate Mall, 92037
11:00 Warmups / 11:15 Game.

Note: Our regular fields at Nobel Athletic Center are being re-seeded and the park is closed for a few months.
If the designated field is being used, we will head to one of the alternatives listed below. Updates will be posted in the messages.

6. Nobel Athletic Field
   - (Field #1) - at the corner of Nobel & Shoreline Drive, 92122.
   - (Field #2) - 7301 Toscana Drive, 92122.
7. Mandell-Weiss/Eastgate City Park**.** Parking: 4161 Eastgate Mall, 92037
8. University City High School, 6949 Genesee Avenue., 92122 This field is located behind the high school (enter on Genesee Ave and go to the right, around the school, to end. Park at the tennis courts and walk past football field to where the softball field is located.
