KOZ Events Ambassadors and Triathlon Club of San Diego are presenting the San Diego Triathlon Series season kick-off Clinics and BBQ

08:00 – 08:30 Transition Clinic by Brian Walther
08:30 - 09:00 Basic Bike Maintenance by Dean Sprague
09:00 – 09:30 Tire changing clinic by Frank Pucher
09:30 - 10:00 Triathlon 101 by Brian Lewis
10:00 – 10:30 Injury prevention - Function Smart
10:30 – 11:00 Garmin 101 by Bob G.
11:00 - 12:00 BBQ Lunch, Socializing, Q/A with KOZ and TCSD Members, closing

Transition Training:
All these components will help you have a better experience with:
-Triathlon: Swim / Bike / Run
-Duathlon: Run /Bike/ Run
-Aqua bike: Swim / Bike / Done!
You can come and take notes but it is suggested you come prepared to participate in the Transition Clinic moving through all disciplines and gaining valuable experience in what you actually experience on race day.
So what will you need?
Swim- Swimsuit or Trikit, Goggles, swim cap, wetsuit (Optional)
Bike- Bicycle, Helmet, Sunglasses, shoes
Run- Shoes, race belt, hat/visor, socks
We aren't going for a swim but you can choose to get wet to get the feel of it We want you to understand how to efficiently get through this part of the race with the fewest problems.

Tire changing and bike maintenance:
It is suggested you have your bike/helmet and practice a tire change.
