Triathlon Club San Diego is happy to announce the return of the Wednesday evening swim workout. We will swim the buoy line which is a 400 Yd lap. The distance from beach to the first buoy is 50-70 yd depending on the tide.

What you will need and what's optional:

  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Goggles (Preferably tinted because the low sun angle)
  • Wetsuit (Optional)
  • Swim Cap (Optional)
  • Swim Booties and Gloves (Also Optional)
  • Swim Buoy (Optional)

The water is still a bit cooler so I recommend a wetsuit for the time being. Xterra sells some reasonably priced ones. www.xterrawetsuits.com
