Most networking groups are pay to play. You pay to get in the room, you work the room, and you hope something sticks. Some have referral structures that incentivize recommending people regardless of whether they are the right fit. That is not networking — that is a transaction dressed up as community.
Business Bloc was built on three pillars: collaboration, connection, and inclusion. The idea is simple — entrepreneurs at every stage have something to offer. Some have been at it for years; some are just starting out. Everyone has learned something the hard way that someone else has not figured out yet. When we come together with that mindset, we stop reinventing the wheel and start building something.
