Discover the difference in your life when you learn to manage stress. In this class, you will learn techniques for managing stress, including classic yoga, meditation, and breath work. Take this class for yourself and for your loved ones. You won't regret it.
Location: Online via Zoom
Date and Times: Every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:16PM to 7:15PM.
Note: Wear comfortable cloths, and if available bring a yoga mat or towel. Coming from work?...Bring a change of clothes with you and slip them on in the library bathroom facilities.
Do this for you. Do this for your loved ones. You will be glad you did. Caregivers are especially encouraged to come.
This event is open to the public. Pre-registration is appreciated, but not required.
