Advent Journal-Along- Four Saturdays via Zoom *free*

Let’s mark the returning of and to the Divine Feminine this Advent season with art and reflection in our journals!

We’ll follow herchurch’s liturgical approach to Advent, honoring the Ancient Mother, Guadalupe, the Black Madonna and Christ-Sophia respectively. I’ll be using the printed liturgy from herchurch to incorporate songs, poems, prayers and more into my journal. You’re welcome to do the same or source your own sacred texts to include.

This free series officially begins Saturday, November 29th, 1:00pm PST on Zoom, and continues for the three other weekends of Advent: December 6, 13, and 20th 1-3pm PST. All sessions are on Zoom and will be recorded to share with participants who can’t make it live. (Recordings won't be publicly available, only available to active participants). You’re welcome to attend one or all sessions.

Other suggested supplies:
Rubber stamps
A few stencils and distress ink
Gold paint
Pretty papers like scrapbook paper, wallpaper samples, book pages, music paper, sprayed and painted papers….
Scraps of fabric, ribbon and lace
Washi tape
Stick on sparkles
Tags to embellish
Anything you want!

And of course: a journal, (anything you like will do!) glue for paper (like Art Glitter glue or glue stick), glue for fabric and lace (like Fabri-Tac), scissors.
