*free* Make Sacred Shapes w Fabric-herchurch's Tactile Spirituality Initiative
Details
Join us for our fourth Sunday Tactile Spirituality class where we will use fabric and embellishments to make sacred shapes to be hung up or carried.
“When Women Were Birds” is the name of this class, and it is an exploration of finding our voice through sacred shape and archetype. Led by Jillian, a single mom of five, a former Alaskan and a fan of creative devotion.
All supplies provided for those attending in person.
If joining remotely, suggested supplies are:
felt
scissors embellishments such as sequins, buttons, and ribbons
either needle and thread or hot glue
batting
Sample patterns will be provided.
Free and open to all, thanks to herchurch's tactile spirituality initiative. Kids welcome!
Gladly made ASL accessible, just let me know!
Please text me at 415 425 9070 for the Zoom link or last minute needs as Meetup is not a reliable platform for last minute communication.
When joining us in person, please be masked or vaccinated and free of symptoms of illness. Please avoid the use of chemical fragrance.
