ClickHouse October [Virtual] Meetup

Hello ClickHouse Fans,

Welcome to the October 2021 ClickHouse Meetup! We have two talks lined up and are looking for more.

• Lightning Talk! Streaminy: Improving real-time visualizations. Joaquin Colacca will be introducing a new tool called Streaminy that works with ClickHouse. Joaquin is the developer of Streaminy. He has experience on data warehouses, streaming data, and full stack development at companies like Michelin and Telefónica

• CLoki: Like Loki but for ClickHouse! -- Lorenzo Mangani will give an overview of CLoki, reimplementation of Loki APIs that works on ClickHouse. Loki is a popular log aggregation tool that couples with Grafana for log analysis. With cLoki, you get great Grafana presentation with quick ClickHouse query speed. Lorenzo is the CEO of QXIP, a software provider for telcos, and an author of CLoki

• Better Than You Think: Handling JSON Data in ClickHouse -- Robert Hodges will show how ClickHouse, a relational database with tables, can offer high-performance analysis of JSON data. This talk provides a cookbook of schema design, indexing, data loading, and query tricks we gave learned over years of helping users build analytical apps for servicds logs, observability data, financial transactions, and other types of semi-structured data. Robert Hodges is CEO of Altinity and a certified database geek.
