This virtual 1:1 Match event is bringing together engineering leaders to share authentic stories about the challenging art of "disagreeing and committing" – one of the most powerful yet difficult leadership skills to master.

Disagree & Commit: Sharing Real Stories of Leading Without Final Say
Leadership isn't always about getting your way. Sometimes it's about supporting decisions you wouldn't have made yourself while maintaining your credibility and team's trust. Join us for 1:1 exchanges where you'll explore:

• Principled Flexibility: Balance standing your ground with knowing when to align for collective progress.
• Maintaining Team Confidence: Lead enthusiastically even when implementing decisions you questioned.
• Constructive Dissent: Voice concerns effectively without undermining team cohesion.

How it works:

• In the course of the session, you'll be matched with other engineering leaders for a 10-minute video call
• At the end of 10 minutes, you'll have the option to extend it or start another match
