Need to change your behavior?

Acquire or alter most any behavior and turn them into powerful habits.

Creating and keeping habits requires linking long-term outcomes, to behaviors and responses needed to achieve them. It is easy to begin an exercise program for example, but without a strong connection between the result (whether increased fitness or how you look) and ongoing behaviors, it can be difficult to continue.

New Behaviour Generator is an NLP technique using mental imagery or rehearsal to install successful behaviors for getting long-term outcomes.

Outcomes usually require ongoing behavior and responses.

We will tap into the Outcome Frame...

  • "What is your goal/outcome? When you have a clearly defined outcome your other-than-conscious mind takes the acquisition process more seriously.
  • What behavior would you like to acquire to help you attain the goal?
  • Who do you know who demonstrates or models this behavior?" You need to have someone to model, who behaves or acts as you desire. During the New Behavior Generator, you will associate the behavior as your own.
