Upcoming CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) training

I’d like to inform you about a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) training event, one of the many benefits of joining ISSA, which starts next week.

The San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento ISSA Chapters are pleased to present instructor-led virtual education sessions to review the (ISC)² CISSP Official Study Guide, 9th Edition in conjunction with the (ISC)² Official Practice Tests, 3rd Edition. There are currently nine instructional sessions and one practice test session scheduled.

Sessions will be held on various Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. PDT beginning Monday, September 20, 2021 and concluding on Monday, October 25, 2021. Study Halls will be scheduled once classes initiate. Visual materials and technical content to be curated by the session’s coach, but a previous version is provided.

OTHER DETAILS:

The CISSP Study Program is not geo-fenced.
In regards to the cost of materials, the (ISC)² CISSP Official Study Guide and Official Practice Tests retail for about $70 and $40.

Registration is available on the SF-ISSA (http://sfbay.issa.org) and SV-ISSA (https://sv-issa.org) websites.

Maximum class size is 40 to ensure appropriate attention and interaction with coaches and moderators.
