Recovery International offers cognitive behavioral self-help to help reduce and eliminate symptoms resulting from depression, anxiety, and the trivial events of everyday life.

Recovery International was founded by Dr. Abraham Low MD in Chicago, Illinois, in 1937. His "Four-Step Method" assists with cognitive behavioral therapy and "detects" angry and fearful temperaments in both the internal and external environments.
