Recovery International offers cognitive behavioral self help to help reduce and eliminate symptoms resulting from depression, anxiety and the trivial events of everyday life.

Recovery International was founded by Dr. Abraham Low MD in Chicago Illinois in 1937. His "Four Step Method" helps with cognitive behavioral therapy and "spots" on both angry and fearful tempers in both the inner and outer environments.

This Recovery International meeting titled, "Addressing Chronic Physical Conditions With Recovery International" offers good peer support for those with physical disabilities and / or limitations. We encourage better mental health as we work towards achievable goal sets.

This RI meeting is led by RI Group Leader Jennifer Schulkin and lasts approximately one hour.
