So, what is natural wine?
It's wine made from grapes grown organically or biodynamically, without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. In the winery, natural winemakers avoid using additives like commercial yeasts, sugar, or fining agents, and often opt for minimal filtration and sulfites.
