I will teach how to practice Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). REBT is a therapy developed by the renown psychologist Albert Ellis. It aids in diminishing and eliminating emotional problems, specifically depression, anxiety, and hostility. Bring something to write on: paper and pen; word documents for typing; anything to write on. I will teach you exercises so that you can become your own most helpful friend in eliminating emotional disturbance.
