FBFK.law's Money-Funding Law bootcamp, VC, Angel, Devilish Law, Tax, & Lunch!

Details

FBFK.law Law Bootcamp, with three sessions. This session's Q&A panel discussion focuses on Taxation and Venture Capital. Unfortunately, the status of Michael Cohen's money law topic hasn't been judged, so we can't talk about that topic. :)

All three sessions have a general introduction to business law. The three sessions Q&A discussions' are:

  1. New Tech and Law (Privacy, Cryptocurrency, Big Data, IOT, ...)
  2. Litigation (Intellectual Property, Business Formation)

The Money-Law's session's discussions cover topics as: how new tax reforms impact investment and your take-home pay; venture capital, angel funding and devilish law.

Submit your questions in advance to www.fbfk.law/event-startup-bootcamp/ , and we'll answer as many as we can.
