Virtual Ukulele Rebellion #99! Fifth Annual Zoom Lu'au!

E komo mai! (Welcome!) Let's celebrate summer 2025 with our Fifth Annual Zoom Lu'au! We'll play songs from, about, and related to Hawai'i. Hawaiian language songs, hapa haole songs (English language songs from Hawai'i), and popular songs about Hawai'i are all welcome. Be sure to wear a lei and your favorite Hawaiian shirt, blouse, or mu'umu'u. We'll play music from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time.

To address some Zoom-bombing at our March 2025 Zoom meetup, I will be looking at and implementing additional security procedures for access to Zoom. The Zoom link will appear on this page when you RSVP. If Zoom asks for a passcode, the passcode is Rebellion. The passcode is case-sensitive.

If you'd like to lead a song, please let me know, either by posting here in the comments or by email, which song(s) you would like to lead. The cut-off time for requesting to lead a song is THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE MEETING (for this meeting, Tuesday July 29), even if you're going to be leading a song from one of the Daily Ukulele books. I'll post a songlist here in advance of our meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: To accommodate all first song requests, we may not have time to get to all second (or third) song requests. When asking to lead more than one song, please indicate your first and second choices to ensure that, if we can't get to your second request, the song you'd most like to lead is included in that evening's song list.
