One goal of UX writing is to get the right words in the right place at the right time. However for some industries that’s not just a goal, it’s a necessity. This event will focus on two UX writing projects in the medical industry: measuring users’ responses to medication reminders and getting women to perform a urine test.

In the two talks we’ll hear about:

  • Using new methods to measure and validate UX writing
  • Adjusting voice and tone
  • Guiding users during a very personal experience
  • Getting a high performance rate with simple UX writing techniques
