Chasing Waterfalls: A Uvas Canyon Hike to Knibbs Knob

The waterfalls are in full! Join Trekking Pals on a moderate hike to explore Uvas!

This is an intermediate to advanced hike and will potentially involve going through some creeks. Good hiking boots and poles are a must. Weather permitting, we'd meet at 8 am in parking lot 1 and start hiking at 8:15 am sharp. Address: 8515 Croy Rd, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.

Please note that a car permit is required and must be purchased/downloaded prior to arrival at the park. There is no reception in the area at all for miles. You can purchase your day pass here:

Carpooling is always recommended, but there is a lot of parking in the park. I will be coming from San Jose for those interested in joining my carpool.

What to bring:
- rain jacket and/or poncho
- water
- food
- phone charging battery + cable
- poles
- towel, change of clothing and shoes (we might get wet!)
- personal first aid kit
- headlamp (just in case)
