Scoop on Tap / Dinner

I have heard good things from our members about Scoop on Tap. Lets try them out. We can do dinner before or after Scoop on Tap. There is a farmers market across the street that we can else venture out to. I am open for suggestions for dinner. There are various of places we can eat in Downtown Covina.
