History & Running Tour: "The Challenge of the Ravines in the historic heart of San Isidro"
A proposal designed for those who enjoy combining sports activities and tourism.
Recommended for intermediate-level runners, as it combines the physical challenge of the ravines with the cultural richness of San Isidro.Private tour or in groups of 2 to 8 people, combining bilingual guide + trainer runner.

Estimated duration:3 hours (including hydration stops and brief historical reviews).
Approximate distance:8 to 10 km (depending on the intensity on the stairs).
Difficulty:Medium-High (due to training on slopes and stairs).
Starting Point:Plaza Mitre (in front of the Cathedral).
Itinerary:Meeting Placeat Plaza Mitre, Av. del Libertador 16000, San Isidro
Warm-up: Light jog around the square
Visit to the Cathedral: historical overview of the place
Quinta Los Ombúes: visit and historical overview of the place
Spiral Staircase (Three Ombú Tree Viewpoint): Series of ascents and descents are proposed via the stairs.
Martín and Omar Stairs (Paseo El Tala): Ascent and descent sequences are proposed on the stairs.
Descent to the Lower Area: Jog along the path that borders the tracks of the Coastal Train.
Jog towards Béccar: Via Av. del Libertador (wide sidewalk for runners)
Visit Villa Ocampo: If the dates and times coincide with the museum being open, a tour of the site is offered. This location was the vacation home and residence of the writer Victoria Ocampo. The building has been declared a historical landmark by UNESCO.
Return via the Lower Route: Run along the Riverside Path, enjoying the river views, passing by the Pueyrredón Museum
Return to Plaza Mitre. Stretching on the lawn of the plaza in front of the Old Mansion.
