Our last game was one of the greatest games of all time.
Our winning strategy was not being able to agree on a wager so one wasn't entered until the very last second, and indeed wasn't actually entered at all. So we thought we lost everything on an incorrect response but in an epic turn of events we only lost $5. And praise Jesus that we came out ahead on Final Jeopardy.
We're still standing, better than we ever did.
Game starts at 7 pm. The start time for the meetup is 6:45 pm so it gives us time to gather.
I'll have a sign at the table to help people find us if we have newcomers. Please be sure to update your RSVP if you find you can't make it, as we have a limited numbers of spaces and someone else may want to take the spot. (The reason for the limit is that teams of more than six people aren't eligible to win prizes). Thanks!
Note that one person in our team will need to enter our responses on a smart phone or other connected Internet device. So if you're able to bring a capable charged-up smart phone to our group, that will be helpful!
I finally got a new phone and confirmed that it will load the game smoothly, so I can sometimes be the phone/typing team captain now, but it's always good to have multiple options.
If there are 4 or more people on the waitlist by Sunday, I'll add a second meetup listing for the same night and we can form two teams.
