Yoga is not a mysterious nor luxury activity and everyone who wants to have a well-balanced physical and mental health should have an easy access to it.
I am grateful that I have mastered some yoga techniques which can be shared and beneficial to many others and I hope to share with as many people as I can how to start doing yoga safely and make progress towards their goals.
This outdoor yoga practice is a charity yoga class ($10 per class) and all the donations will go to local and international animal shelters (nine lives foundation and a nonprofit in Shanghai).
We hope to see you @Rose Garden and come enjoy yoga!
Nine Lives Foundation is located in Redwood City and it’s a volunteer based non-killer cat shelter.
Pangfufu Nonprofit Program in Shanghai: focuses on helping stay cats and dogs find homes in Shanghai area.
A few tips for each yoga class:
- Bring your own yoga mat or yoga blocks or straps that you normally use;
- Keep empty stomach 2-3 hours before yoga class to avoid extra pressure to abdomen
- Bring water to stay hydrated
- Wear sunscreen for outdoor

6/7 10-11am: Pranayama/breathing practice; Sun salutation practice to strengthen and deepen breathing (focus on breathing and feel the flow of breathing inside the body)

From July to August, each Saturday morning, I will teach you inside flow yoga (dance flow yoga)!
Suitable for all levels; entry levelers might need to spend more time to practice; but you can definitely do it still!
Let's experience the flow and beautiful free rhythm of dance yoga together!
