Certified Pilates instructor and offering free outdoor classes to get in as much practice as I can — and I’d love for you to be part of the journey

🌈 All genders welcome (unless I post otherwise — sometimes I host women-only sessions)
Just bring a mat, water, and a towel for under your mat in case the grass is damp.
Note: These free classes take time and energy to create. If you RSVP and no-show without a heads up, I’ll remove you from the invite list — out of respect for the time and energy I’m putting in. Thank you for understanding💛

Please Note: I am currently certified to teach beginner to intermediate Pilates only. This class is designed specifically for absolute beginners who are new to Pilates and focuses on foundational movement patterns.
If you are currently injured or pregnant, please do not take these classes. Unfortunately, I cannot modify exercises well enough for these conditions at my current certification level. Please seek instruction from a qualified prenatal Pilates instructor or physical therapist who can safely adapt movements for your specific needs.
If you have any other medical conditions or concerns about your ability to exercise safely, please consult with a healthcare provider before beginning this or any exercise program. Listen to your body throughout the class and modify or stop any movement that causes pain or discomfort.
