Join me for a calm, grounding in-person practice that blends gentle yoga asana with guided pranayama. This session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin your weekend feeling centered and refreshed.
📍 Location: The Pines Studio @ North Park Apartments
⏰ Time: Saturdays @ 9 AM
What to expect:
- A simple, steady yoga practice focused on alignment and stability
- Conscious, breath-led movement (not fast or flow-heavy)
- Pranayama to calm the nervous system and build breath awareness
- Moments of relaxation woven throughout
- A warm, supportive space for all levels
☕ After class, we’ll spend a little time together enjoying homemade chai and light refreshments. It’s a lovely opportunity to unwind, connect, and build a sense of community beyond the mat.
This is a practice for:
- Building strength gently and sustainably
- Releasing tension from the body and mind
- Creating space for stillness, clarity, and connection
Come as you are, bring your mat, and give yourself this time to breathe, move with intention, and share a few relaxed moments together afterward. All levels welcome!
