### About Elisa Covington:

She is a real estate investor, published author, influencer and coach. She is the Founder and CEO of Transform Real Estate Investments, LLC, a Bay Area local Real Estate Solutions Company that purchases and improves all types of homes in various conditions and locations.
In 2017, Elisa transitioned from a comfortable 9-5 job to become a full-time investor. With over 80 successfully completed projects under her belt, she became her own boss and uses her real estate investment to improve her lifestyle and earn more than she ever could have by staying in her former role - she’s been making a 7-figure profit consistently since 2019.
