About us
Welcome to the San Jose Silent Hiking Meetup Group. We are a community of individuals who come together to experience the awe of wild places in companionable silence. We believe that silence allows for deeper immersion in the abundant beauty of the South Bay- and that hiking with others can feel more comfortable than setting off alone. Our goal is to engage in a meditative practice that can invite in serenity, gratitude, and wisdom.
We'll be exploring trails within an hour of San Jose. Join us and give it a try!
