This is for you if would love to learn and practice a little hatha yoga and meditation in an stress-free environment with me (Lisa)!
If you're new to yoga, these classes will help you feel more safe and confident in the yoga studio.My purpose is in creating spaces for you to connect to your inner strength and tap into the power of your own self-healing. While weaving in magical hypnotic meditations, I'll help you unravel the subconscious blocks holding you back from manifesting and living the next level of your beautiful, easeful, and abundant life.
I have been teaching and coaching yoga, mindfulness, and mindset since 2010 and I love building community. I am most passionate about helping you establish the link between mind, body & the subconscious and the psychosomatic conditions that seem to hold us back.
Come into our community to connect and have fun building and honing an intuitive yoga practice. And leave…connecting back to your beautiful self!

SPECIAL NOTES:

This is a specialized trauma-informed class for anyone moving through trauma, any form of recovery and healing. There can be brief moments of silence in this class, but that can be hard for some of us learning to feel safe in our bodies again. So there is a ton of guided meditation, visualization and anxiety releasing techniques to help ease and ground the nervous system. If you are looking for pure silent meditation, this may not be the perfect fit for you. But we love you! Keep on meditating! xox
